Dr. Arati Chaudhury is Co-Director of NJ Healthcare Talent Network at School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University. She is responsible for managing and overseeing the three Targeted Industry Partnership and leading and expanding the Northern TIP for NJHCTN.
Before joining Rutgers Arati was Director & VP of engineering organization for startup as well as large companies like Airvana, AT&T, Lucent and Ericsson providing systems and services globally. She has 20+ years of experience in Information Technology including Telecom, Network Management, mobile applications, and IoT. She is an accomplished program manager managing small and large-scale projects, building vendor and customer relationship, providing workforce development, training, and establishing and executing quality processes, methodologies and metrics across products and geographical locations.
Arati is an active leader in her community, has been counselor, board member and advocate for Manavi, a South Asian Women’s Org in NJ; and a leader in Business and Civic group of One Greater Nashua Coalition sponsored by Chambers of Commerce Nashua NH .
She has a MS in Physics from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Ph.D. in Physics from University of Notre Dame.
