Padma Arvind, Ph.D., M.B.A., is the Executive Director of the Healthcare Talent Network and the Talent Development Center. She is a scientifically trained management professional with over twenty years of experience in health care industry. Dr.Arvind is a nationally recognized apprenticeship leader and also a member of the UN’s Domestic health care task force on creating sustainable community healthcare workers. Dr. Arvind also chairs the Community Health Planning and Policy Development section of American Public Health Organization. She has wide experience in Public health and implemented various programs to help underserved population.
Dr. Arvind worked as public health planner for almost nine years and implemented many health care programs for underserved population. She was a scientist at Cornell University Medical College, New York and studied the gene expressions in cancers and has more than 15 research publications in international journals. Padma received her PhD from All India Institute of Medical Sciences in partnership with Columbia University and MBA from Rutgers University. She is pursuing her MPH at Rutgers University.
